The petcock can be rebuilt if you drill the rivets out and thread the holes with 3mm and put small screws in to hold together.

I just ordered a replacement petcock. I'll loose the vacuum assist, but I don't care. I think I'm going to try replacing the petcock, flushing/rinsing the tank while it's off and running some Seafoam through the carbs. Can't hurt and easier that pulling the carbs again.
