Exhaust options - What are they?

So I've got my 83 up and running. Everything seems great with the exception of the giant hole in the exhaust resonator.

Can anyone suggest some options?

I thought about welding a patch on it but it sounds like the baffle inside is rotted out. Does it matter?

Only one I have seen is the MAC brand, offering a full black system, and a black header + chrome muffler set up.
MAC has been around for quite a while.
