Finally I can get rid of those pesky Phillips head screws that strip out the heads so easily. Don't forget to use some Anti-Sieze on the new screws & be careful not to over-tighten them. It is easy to pull the threads out of the aluminum with the positive engagement of the Allen head & driver. Snug plus an eighth to a quarter turn is sufficient.
