Title: ft500 fork springs

Would like to get some feedback on fork springs for a stock set of forks,that I am going to rebuild.Would like to hear from anyone who has used the progressive or race tech ones,I am leaning towards the race tech ones that I see on ebay I can find many different spring rates,I am a bit over 200 lbs and would like a suggestion on which rate to use ?.Would like them to be on the firm side

Just had mine done about 3 weeks ago ... progressive springs in them. They feel good to me ... haven't tried or used race tech.

Just installed progressive springs from Thumperstuff on mine.  Major improvement.  I ended up cutting my own spacers from PVC pipe rather than cutting the stock steel spacers.
