open exhaust, UNI air filter, #145 jet,stock low speed jet. Stalls when applying throttle. Runs better when choke applied.

Tim, will the bike idle without choke?

The choke usually reduces air flow, or increases fuel to prime engine. Either way would lead me to believe that you are lean.

Is that UNI filter inside the stock airbox, or clamped directly onto the carb? If the latter, try a #180 or larger main jet.
