Does anyone know if it's possible to install a shorter stroke crank/rod from let's say a GB500 and an RFVC (cylinder/head) top-end from an XL600 to pump-up the engine in an FT500 Ascot single? or does the engine on the FT500 let an XL600 RFVC top-end be installed w/o doing major mods to the cases ?
I am looking for an FT500 and like the bike very much and this is an idea I have that might have been tried before? thanks
