Looks like a good one. I don't agree with the tire selection, but that can be easily changed.

Nice low comfortable seating position - liquid cooled, sealed shaft drive - very uncommon for a 500cc twin
This is a super rare bike, only sold for three years in the US.

Upgrades:
Brand new Bridgestone Trail Wing cross tires (good bite off-road, excellently smooth on-road).
Brand new custom made gel saddle - great for all day rides and far superior to the stock seat.

MotorcycleClassics.com calls it "The beginning of the nearly no-maintenance motorcycle".
