The choke usually reduces air flow, or increases fuel to prime engine. Either way would lead me to believe that you are lean.

Is that UNI filter inside the stock airbox, or clamped directly onto the carb? If the latter, try a #180 or larger main jet.

UNI filter clamped to carb. will try 180. got tired messing with it. But back at it again.
